I absolutely adored the cozy fireplace in the main lobby - it brought such a warm and inviting atmosphere to the hotel. the seating areas were comfortable and perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring. As a senior, I appreciated the easily accessible elevators and handrails throughout the property, ensuring a safe and convenient stay.

Need handrails in the bathrooms for added safety.

The well-appointed and large room had all the necessary facilities, a microwave oven, a fridge and a dining area. The hotel was in a favourable location, very close to everything. Again, I could reach Laurel Lake within a close distance from the property.

Overall the staff is accommodating.

The room had central heating, television, and a microwave. the fully equipped kitchen was convenient. the location was great, close to the Norman Rockwell Museum, outlet shopping, and other local attractions. Canyon Ranch in Lenox was only 2 miles away.

The Ponds at Foxhollow offered a tranquil setting with beautiful grounds and a nice indoor pool. The one-bedroom setup with a sleep sofa was convenient and having a kitchen was a bonus. The location was centrally located, making it easy to explore the Berkshires and all it has to offer.

We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a spacious room featuring a sleep sofa due to a minor issue with the initial apartment we booked.
